Blood Pressure Clinic – Every Friday morning from 10:30-Noon.  No appointment is necessary.

Chair Massage – A licensed massage therapist offers a 15 minute massage for $6.00 at the Senior Center the third Tuesday of every month.   

Wellness Clinic - The Public Health Nurse for the Town of Ipswich, Pam Lara, is on hand to take blood pressures, review medications and/or answerr health-related questions at the COA once per month.  Check newsletter for details.

Polarity - Held the second and fourth Tuesdays of every month, beginning at 9:00AM.  The cost is $4.00 per 20 minute session.  Check the newsletter for specific dates each month.
